N54 Harmonic Balancer Hub Sprocket Replacement

How does one even do this? The bottom sprocket literally slides on just fine and the upper doesn't want to budge at all. We decided to boil it in oil allowing the metal to expand and then using a hydraulic press to compress it on.

If anyone has any idea on how to do this correctly without breaking the damn thing it would be much appreciated.

The parts I bought were:
- 11317502180
- 11417589309
- 11237570107

Here's the aftermath:

You have an old style hub with a new style oil/vac sprocket.

Old Style...
1x Crank Hub - 11237570107
1x Washer - 11237557561
2x Grip Disc - 11417563246
1x Timing Sprocket - 11317502180
1x Oil/Vac Sprocket - 11417558909

New Style...
1x Crank Hub - 11237593701
1x Washer - 11237557561
1x Timing Sprocket - 11317502180
1x Oil/Vac Sprocket - 11417589309

Either combination will work just not mix and match due to different diameters/designs.

For the love of god just make sure the new crank bolt never comes loose, like it did on mine! Not sure if that department had been tinkered with in the past but my harmonic balancer was the thinner manual one, while the car is auto...which makes me wonder a couple of things...has the engine been worked on at some point and they didn't replace or properly torque the bolt, or is there a harmonic issue there with the auto and incorrect balancer which caused it to come loose?
