Pure metal. But what i think doesn't matter. The question is will you still love the color in 2 or 3 years? I went from an Azurite F10 to an Azurite G12. I loved the color and still love it. For my next I might chnage just for the sake of change, to Rhodonit, which is similar to Pure metal. I think Pure silver is more unusual and classier than the blue, but you are the one paying for it.

I am unfamiliar with either of those colours as they are not available here. The Pure Metal appeals more to me but the blue is very striking. I love both of them.

are you buying or leasing?
I ask as out of the two, the silver might be the easier one to sell on / trade in if you are intending on buying. The blue (just my opinion) is more of a personal choice and may not be everyone's taste and might just be that bit more difficult to move on - possibly. So I'd consider the silver a "safer" colour but at the ned of the day, you've got to go for what YOU want and not what any of us here think! If leasing, obviously not relevant. |

Keep in mind that in the M550 you will have the cerium gray trim so if you get all metal the trim may clash a bit.
I was worried about this with my bluestone and opted for black trim which has worked well (to my eye): http://g30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1400880 I like the blue myself but this is all individual taste. Might also get you pulled over.... Last edited by dbbude; 08-07-2017 at 01:25 PM.. |
