Jb4/MHD single turbo ?

Hi I'm currently on stock turbos running jb4 with the free E85 bms backend flash. I'm getting my single turbo installed next week..

I want to run MHD as for the backend flash paired with my jb4 could someone help explain the flashing process for when my single turbo is installed?? Thanks in advance

All the info is in N54tech step by step with maps and correct firmware.
