Connecteddrive updated today - H&K doesnt play properly
Hi, today I have updated my iphone app connected drive. After that happened two things :
My car cant control music from my phone, I can see that on headup and click on tracks, it marks new track but in second it jumps back. And bigger problem : H&K plays music "on half" - if I play music from phone directly or if play radio(car radio)its like I dont have H&K anymore.. It lost "space" and power. Easy test is if I turn volume up it is not able to be loud anymore and there is no the space feeling. I tried disconnect my iphone and reset sound settings in my car but it didnt help.. I have Android phones but I also noticed that when I used to play some videos the phone paused them on its own without my intervention . I updated the player's software and switching on/off a few times the problem was resolved .
I think this is what you describe H&K plays the music on half line .However, resetting and turning on /off Bluetooth should solve this glitch . When you have time please delete your phone and reset everything ,turn off and then on your phone's it should work somehow
