You do not need an Mtech bumper, this fits the OEM bumper and actually installs without ANY modification to your stock part so you can turn it back to stock easily.

This diffuser was actually originally designed for dual tips but can be modified to fit the Eisenmann Quad exhaust as Longtran did here:
