Need help code 138A11 exhaust flap

So today I woke up and like always mounted my phone and got a code on my jb4 saying exhaust flap plausabilty adjustment time implausible also litteraly barely right now my car said something about the battery and the car will put the transmission into park this is wierd please help asap.
