with the front struts, should the shaft turn freely in the shock body? i have 2 brand new struts and with one the shaft turns very loose and freely in the body while the other much less so... and even with both knobs adjusted to full soft, there is a significant difference in the pressure to compress the strut... when i turn the adjusting knob, should the shaft turn too or just the adjuster on top?

thanks
