Accidently Jacked E93 Wrong, Did I Break Anything?

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I was trying to jack up my 08 e93 335i to measure the front rotors for an up and coming brake job. My family was around and kept distracting me/saying "you don't know how to jack a car", nagging, etc. So I put a piece of wood on my jack, I thought I had lined it up with the jack point cause the car went up for a second, then I heard a crack noise, I believe I cracked the splash shield:

Did I break anything bad or just the shield, and are these a simple easy cost fix, or am I looking at a $100+ for the part (I hate it when I get distracted, I usually work very well alone and never did this before).

You will have to take the Splash shield off to see if anything over it broke. But most likely just the shield. Me personally, I'd not worry too much about replacing the shield if the crack is the size in your picture.
