The same thing happened to me. Now it has a lot of moisture in it. My HID bulb burnt out too. I will have to take it back to the dealership. Hope they don't try to void the repair because I have HID's. I did nothing to disrupt the integrity of the housing.

I have the condensation on my driver side fog too after washing the car. It only happened after I have hid fog installed. So is it caused by the sealing of the hid bulb?

I had the same thing happen to me when I installed GP thunders in the fog.

I now have Yellow Nokyas and before I installed those, I took out the whole fog light housing and put it in the oven for about 10 mins. After that I took a napkin and attached it to the end of a pencil, wiping down the insides of the lens.

Hope that helps!

If you know how to get the bulbs then you can do this.

There's three screws that you unbolt on the back of the housing one on the bottom and one on the right. The foglight housing comes out, so push out from behind.

I think it's self explainatory once your find the screws.

I just put PIAA bulbs in, no issues.

Mine has the same problem. Can it cause the HID bulbs to burn out prematurely?
