Rear camber

Can anyone think of why my alignment shop is able to get -2.3 on one side but only -1 on the other in the rear? I just did all new suspension plus mounts minus springs and I can't think of why this would be. The -1 is on the passenger side.

What's the easiest way to do a home check and adjust? What tools are needed.
