Front bumper splitters build in ??
A local body shop offer me to paint the whole bumper and make the Front bumper spliters look as they where build in like if they where all one piece.
As corrected they will be molded in..... Any one has done it ??? Pics ??? Last edited by emjei; 05-12-2008 at 10:11 PM.. |

i think you'll be the first to mold the splitters onto the front bumper. I love the way molding things comes out because it looks so clean without all the extra lines. If you do it make sure to post up pics, it will look sick. |

The guy saw my car and looked at the splitters. He asked me if I really liked the three piece look of it.
He told me that there is a way of making the three piece looked like one and that I had just to pay the paint materials and stuff. If it comes out good to spread the word around.....I let you guys know. |

I'm considering it on my car. I have a body shop down the road that did a great job on my Cobra when someone rear ended me, and I am already making a list of things for them to paint for me (front lip, rear lip spoiler, interior trim), might see how much they'd charge to mould it in.

what does molding entail?
does that mean repainting the entire bumper after molding it in?
