New is not horrible, but way too aggro. Especially for what is supposed to be a 6-figure GT coupe. Also, what's with the grille slats? It's like they're trying so hard just to do SOMEthing different.

I like the old design but I'm sure the new has the power we all want...

All we need it someone to take the new powerplant and put it into a old body.

The older design reeks of class and understatement. The new design is garish and LOOK AT ME!!! It is needlessly complex as well. Pretty much one of the ugliest front end treatments I have ever seen. It ranks right up there with Lincoln, Infiniti and Lexus.

Not that I'm really liking the older 8's front end today, for what it was then it was smexy AF. The new grill just looks tacky IMO. The new Audi's too. Just not feeling it at all.

How about 2018 Maserati GT? They have some similarities.

To my taste 850 is still one of a better looking cars, at least the exterior Probably would not prevent me from getting a new one if it has a kids-usable back seats.
