Question regarding EDC & aftermarket coilovers...

If I have EDC & get aftermarket coilovers without a bypass plug (KW v.3 includes this item), what's going to happen besides the EDC button not working & having an "EDC malfunction" light on the gauge cluster (& iDrive)? Thx!

BTW, for those of you wondering why I even got EDC if I'm not going to use it...I wanted nav. & comfort access. Unfortunately, the only way to get comfort access is to get the whole Tech. package.

What are you talking about? I was saying the only way to get comfort access is to get the tech. package. EDC option by itself is $1000 USD here in the states.

LUCKY?!?!?!?

WE pay $71 300 (CAD $) for a base M3
YOU pay $56 500 (USD $) for a base M3

$56,500.00 USD = $56,480.64 CAD

1 USD = 0.999657 CAD 1 CAD = 1.00034 USD

So you guys are paying $14820 LESS on a base M3.

ISNT THAT SICKENING????

I can beat that

I have an M3 on order here in Ireland.

Sticker was Euro122k

Euro 1 = $ 1.55 approx.

You do the math.

Now you see why we Europeans really do get sick of Yanks whining about the cost of various options

Sure we get it cheaper but everyone knows that so get over it. Then again, we do buy half of all ////M cars sold worldwide.

BTW, I wasn't complaining since I was merely asking a question regarding EDC. "slammed335" (who is from Canada) was going off-topic about it.
