E90 Intake Problem

My car type is 2006 E90 330 Manual(N52 Engine)
which choose is the best?

Air Filters:
APEX(Top width:120mm , Height:110mm ,base width:160mm)
K&N(Top width:127mm , Height:190mm ,base width:180mm)

But i change the Intake pipe to Aluminum alloy pipe, this is best?
(oem pipe is 85mm,Aluminum alloy pipe is 76mm)

1.APEX+76mm Aluminum alloy pipe
2.K&N+76mm Aluminum alloy pipe
3.K&N + OEM 85MM pipe
