29f5 and 29f4. No CEL but reduced power and mpg

I've been getting the codes 29f5 and 29f4 repeatedly after erasing them. The cel doesn't come on but I've noticed a lag in performance. When I press on the accelerator it doesn't seem to push like it used to. In addition my mpg have decreased drastically. I used to average around 20 city and almost 30 hwy when lucky, but am now averaging about 16 and 22. Wanting to know if it could be the cats or o2 sensors.

It could be either or. But being those codes are directly related to your cats, it may be more likely.

Time to do some diagnostics.
Will either of them cause an occasional rough idle?

Also what's needed to properly diagnose it? O2 sensor values while running?

Download and install Rheingold. It has an active 02 test that can rule them out & narrow it down to your cats.
I have a good cable. Would you be able to remotely check through teamviewer?

I'm still trying to figure it out. Does your car have the exact same symptoms? CEL? What year model?
