xHP help needed, lost backup files.

Phone got wiped (by me

) when I cleared out to possibly sell. Forgot all about the xHP backup files until I went to update to 1.4 today on a different phone and it was a no go due to the missing back up. Checked the cloud, ect, it's all gone. I'm guessing someone else has been dumb enough to do this, right? Any suggestions for fix would be greatly appreciated.

You can always flash stock software or alpina with laptop and bmwtools their are guides in coding sections of most of the bmw forums
