Any recommendations on back up cameras for the E90?

Looking for a backup camera that will be nice and flush looking with decent resolution.

I see some on eBay for as low as $10...are they any good?

The one that is integrated with the trunk switch is pretty popular but I have no experience with it:

Use the mirrors?

If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

The camera itself is only one part of the required equipment needed to make this work.

Almost any camera that outputs the proper signal should work, provided you have the rest.

I have this one and like it a lot. Only thing I don't like is there is about a one second delay from when I put the car in reverse until the image appears on the screen.

Extend your right arm and put your hand behind the passenger side headrest. Then, turn your head to the right and look through the rear window just as they taught you in Driver's Ed.
Costs you absolutely $0.

Oh damn, I didn't think of that! I also have PDC so I guess I don't even need to do what you suggested.

Haha, very funny. Having a backup camera is not an excuse to not turn around and look behind you. It gives you more info about your surroundings and is a great safety feature. It gives you a better vantage point of what is behind you. Especially helpful to avoid hitting pedestrians when backing out of parking places. If you get one make sure it has dynamic steering lines.

He he! Yeah. I am one of those drivers with more than 30+ years of experience who grew up driving cars with no PDC or backup cameras.
My other 3 cars of course doesn’t have anything of that, but my 335 does have PDC which is a nice feature to have, but like habit I always look through the rear window and the sides to be sure all is clear before backing up.
