228i from carmax with codes, should I buy?

Hey guys, I am looking to buy a 2015 228i M performance from carmax with 34k miles for $22k. Car is immaculate and runs beautifully, but when I pulled the codes with my OBDII reader I got the following. What do you think, can I ignore these codes, or is this a don't buy? Or should I get the car, and have the dealer fix the issues under the remaining warranty?

Those are all generic OBDII codes...it would be easier to tell whether or not they're significant if they were actual BMW fault codes that begin with a "P". Try reading with something like Carly for BMW to get a more accurate diagnosis. As an example, the last code says "Radio remote control - continuous operation". The 228i doesn't have a remote-control radio, so that generic code is obviously not correct for that car.

CARMAX has a 30 to 90 day limited warranty (depending on what state you are in). Before signing tell then to fix the things that are causing the code errors. In addition, the car should still be under BMW's 4 year all inclusive new car warranty, but let CARMAX deal with how to pay for the repairs before you buy.

There were several code problems with my neighbors 2014 M3 that he bought at CARMAX. After pointing them out, they fixed the problem causing the code errors on the car before he purchased it. After that he took it into the BMW dealership for the last year of warrantied service and repair.
