Random misfire and hesitation

Started last week. Cleared codes, removed CP and reinstalled, checked all hose clamps etc but still same issue. Got misfire on #4 and #2 next day.

N54 - 42K miles - JB4 - Mufflers - Charge Pipe - Mr5 Intake. Any suggestions?

I would start with new coils. Mine went bad at 45k. I changed them and it hasn't misfired since. I'm not sure about the other codes though.

Thanks. I was thinking to start with spark plugs first. I know they're usually toast around this many miles.

Do Bosch ZGR6STE2 plugs need to be gapped or they have correct gap already?

plugs & coils and remember to gap your plugs depending on your tune. If those are the 3 prong plugs, you can't gap them as far as i know. I was getting horrible stuttering at WOT when my coils were dying. When i eventually blew 2 on a pull, engine ran like crap. New ones fixed it immediately. Im assuming the exhaust flap is self explanatory. Unplug it from the trunk. Pull off charge pipe and rotate your throttle manually to see if its having trouble. I couldn't tell you about the rest. Fix what you know, and the others may disappear. As we all know, one problem can send many codes, yet have one solution.

Problem solved. Changed spark plugs today, cleared all codes and a few WOT pulls. Pulling strong with no hesitation and misfire. This is what came out at 42K miles.

Thanks everyone for the input. I will update if I get more codes.
