Video - Are my control arms shot?

Car wanders and I have a slight shake while driving.Here is what I saw. Can't see it too well in the video but the bushing was covered in what looked like black oil. Tested with and without load.

That doesn't look great. However, it is possible that you're loading it in a way that the bushing has not been designed to be loaded in. I'm not a mechanical engineer so I'll defer to the people with better perspective. Sticking a pry bar into a suspension component is not a scientific way to test bushing compliance.

However, if you're seeing oil around the area, it's possible it burst if it's a bushing filled with some type of dampening fluid. Try spraying some flexseal on it temporarily to keep the remaining oil in. The other option is to hit the bushing with a blowtorch until it's white hot. It'll cauterize it like a wound. This technique is particularly effective if there are fuel lines that are nearby.
