Footwell panel removal

I've got the screws from the top and side panels out, but can't figure out how to remove these panels so I can get to my FRM module.
Are there clips somewhere?

Pull the panel a little bit towards the drivers seat. It is held in place by the 'hook style plastic' (if you may) to the right and also atop the foot rest. It'll drop down a little after that. Disconnect wires for the footwell lighting MOST port connector and loud speaker if present.

Well, I just found out I'm a pessimist. I lost count how many times I said "I can't get this, or that".
Thanks PichaDis11. That was the info I needed. I was never able to disconnect the light cable of all things, so needed to work with the upper panel dangling in my way.
Fortunately, I read somewhere to just loosen the upper plastic bolt. If I'd have taken that out it would have stayed out. Btw, someone else said that their plastic bolts were phillips head. Mine were 10mm.
Now that I know my true colors, I can proudly say, "I don't know how I'm going to get all that back together".
