BMW Connecteddrive Store
I have been trying to buy a software feature from the Connecteddrive store for almost a week.
I have tried to buy it from my PC and directly from the car. Each purchase attempt resulted in an error. The item was clearly marked as available for my VIN. So I contacted Connecteddrive support. I might as well have saved my breath. What a complete waste of time. I have had the run around, everything from "oh we will sort it and buy it for you" to "Germany is looking into it" No feedback, no updates. Today after 1 week I went for the umpteenth time on the site and as well as the item I wanted the new BMW Connected + was shown as a trial. So I bought both and the purchase went through. That was at 0800 today. I received update text messages that both items are available in your car within 5 mins of the purchase. Despite doing a services update several times still no update! Oh and support still have made no contact. Is this as good as it gets? |

I find the connected drive store support to be quite poor. We were not really using it on the 320d so I did not renew it. Then I realised you cannot locate the car without subscribing. While I was on the store page there was a personalised offer for BMW online. I think it was 99p for a month trial. Could not put the purchase through. Zero support from the customer number. Been more than 3 weeks since they said they would look into it.
