335d f31 and new exhaust
So I followed a 335d touting just like mine down the M1 today. He had a pumped up exhaust and diffuser to allow the twin tear pipes. I looked very nice.! So I was quickly spending money in my head when I stopped and thought what is the benefit of this mod besides looks? Quick Google suggested the AC Schnitzer variety is 2k. That's a lot to look a bit more sporty?!
Do you get any performance gains on a 335d for all that cash? |

No performance gains, just looks and slightly better noise. But mine cost £400, not £2k.

the £325 option * exhaust work only* would leave you with dual split pipes straight through and no backbox, offering a slightly throatier idle sound, no noticeable performance gain but this option will make the car quite droney when it is doing its regular dpf regen so bare this in mind aswell. |
