My weather app is just blank.
Does not display anything other than change location.

Lets you change location but still display is blank.

Is this a service you have to pay for after this first year?

Should come via a SIM card. Is your subscription to online services current or expired?

Its current.

I even called the concierge and they said there are no known issues with the service at the moment.

Bad reception area? Happened to me a few times where there was no coverage.

'Forecast' always seems completely different to BBC, mind you that's not reliable either if your looking ahead!
