Need some bending on air conditioning piping but other than that, it fits right in.
I use a E82 bumper though, not sure what needs to be done on standard bumpers.

As an alternative the N52 in the E60 comes with an oil cooler. It's just mounted on the oil filter housing without a separate radiator so it probably doesn't cool quite as well as the N54 version but I'd assume it's easier to connect. I'm not 100% sure but I think it fits right in if you get the right replacement coolant hose.

Thanks both.

Kubrick, I shouldn't have to bend my piping because mine is a 3 series. However, like yours, there is no where to mount the pipes properly unlike the 335i where they have the vacuum canister bracket.

Kkasson, I considered that option as well but not sure about effectiveness especially for track days. I thought about upgrading to CSF radiator and use this option.

So n55 oil cooler vs upgrade radiator with heat exchanger?
