Can anyone recommend a good ICOM tool that doesn't break the bank?

looking at this one presently..

Need to code Firmware for CIC and possibly DME..

Don't touch CIC if you have no idea how to do it, it is advanced job to flash.

If I knew someone in Cambridgeshire with an ICOM I'd probably let them do it but otherwise Im fairly brave, I have already researched the process.

Usually ICOM A2 clones are generally ok for flashing CIC. However, clone ICOM B (MOST) units are very hit and miss. I wouldn't use a clone ICOM B anymore.
