An EASY fix for those who want to hide their PROcede ground wire

You can just route it through the rubber grommet where you would run the USB cable into the car (into the glove box). Just run the ground wire through the grommet, into the fuse box and just ground it in there (the same place where you would ground your Valentine 1 if you hard wire it).

problem solved, no ground wire in the engine bay

good idea... The ground wire in the V3 looks even longer than the one in the original harness too...

Personally, I'm more comfortable grounding the PROcede to the same place the DME and the rest of the engine sensors are grounded to.

This is a great idea, but I have a feeling that the PNP is going to take care of this anyway since there are ground wires from the ecu connector.

It seems as if the ground wire to the procede would and should connect to the ECU plug.

+1. The attache uses a power wire that is in the driver side subconnector....

EDIT: I thought you meant power....not ground. My mistake...

Actually, there is a ground in the PNP Harness, but we still hooked up the external ground. (I have a PNP harness)
