Strange DAB issue

If I use my key fob DAB works fine but when wife uses her fob there is no DAB signal
Car is booked in next week for local dealer to have a look but can anyone tell me if it's possible that she has somehow managed to of turned off DAB.
I cannot see anything in settings but I can't understand how it works fine under my profile yet not on hers.

Does it let you re-tune dab when you use the wifes key?
