DPF Woes

Hi all

I'm having issues with the DPF on my E91 318d. I had it deep cleaned 20K ago and now it's blocked again. I plugged in my scanner and am getting a Catalyst temperature for B1-S1 of 140 degrees C after a motorway run. The codes coming up are 480A Particulate trap system, 4AD5 and 4AF5 Zero quantity adaptation, injector 1 and 3 correction too high?

The DPF has failed to regenerate since it was cleaned so am thinking it may be a EGT sensor? Stumbling in the dark here as I really don't need paying BMW to diagnose it and then tell me I need a new DPF before they can find the problem.

Any suggestions would be of great help.
