I'm looking to purchase a battery charger/maintainer to use it when I change my coolant and I was looking at this one at Costco for $39.00 which will be on sale for $29.99 on Friday 11/17/17, would this be acceptable ?

It will be able to recharge your battery after flushing your coolant.
