Sunset Orange First Wash!

So I finally washed the car this morning after 1000 miles since collecting, it was super dirty and looking mingling.

Below are some before and after pictures.

I'm pleased with the results and the ceramic coating is doing wonders best purchase made.

Prewash
Valet Pro Advanced Netrual Snow Foam
Rinse

Shampoo
GTechniq G-Wash
GTechniq Microfiber Mitt
Two bucket method - grit guards

I did dry the car, but the rain soon blasted it again gutted.

Can anyone recommend a decent wheel cleaning brush? I found it hard getting around the full wheel with the size if the disks.

Love that colour and makes a nice change from the usual. I picked Matador Red for my Aldi for something a bit different - it's not that dissimilar judging by photos.

looks great! The ceramic is amazing isn't it? Ive just done mine with cquartzuk and the dirt just falls off now when washing.

Get some wheel woollies for the alloys. I got mine from Slims detailing.

Does your driveway not get on your tits, as in stones everywhere?

Car looks clean though😁

Second wheel woolies, they do a 3 pack with different sizes. Would also recommend some Bilt Hamber auto wheel, makes it all a lot easier!

Did you get your spoiler sorted? Looks ok from the pics!

I'm on insta if you want to have a look at some detailing stuff

Wheel Woolies or autofiness’ take on them. It’s still a little tight between the caliper and wheel with the smallest one, but it does the job. Not sure if your wheels have the dip behind the spokes? I use a small muck off brush bent a 90 degrees to do in there and the face of the caliper if a spoke is blocking it. £5.50 from Amazon I think. I use the Gtechniq iron and fallout remover on the wheels as it’s C5 safe, but boy does it stink. Weird smell. Car is looking smart.

Do you use Gtechniq QD by any chance, it seems to take a lot more wiping to get it residue free than any other QD I’ve used, it does seem to maintain the Exo V3 well. Just worried about marring with so much buffing, even with CSL.

Ordered the Bilt Hamber wheel I the end didn't need to use it the C5 made cleaning a breeze.
