Resonator delete + MPE

Initially my first option was to change the catback for the MPE, good sound but did not meet expectations. then I read the option to change the midpipe for a Dinan, but still had to make modifications, so I decided to make a resonator delete. Opinion: exceptional, the cold start sounds loud, now it is the real sound that the B58 engine deserve
