My rear turbo coolant line is leaking, #4 pipe
Can you guys help confirm the #6 screw is a T30?

I just want to try and tighten it, whats the best way? remove down pipe? i think with an extension i can get to it from the top, just need a camera or something to guide,

Tightening it wont help if it has never been off before. Most likely the tiny rubber o-ring has perished.

Buy a few extras and generously apply rubber grease to minimise the chance of tearing the new one on installation. Clean out the holes with a pipe cleaner type tool also
