Belt tensioner shakes

I think I found out what was causing all the noise from my engine bay but i'm not sure.

It makes like a plastic slapping sound so I opened the hood and I could see the belt tensioner shaking along with the noise as if the belt was slapping against the pullys.

I replaced the belt and tensioner last year. This just started last week. I checked and the mounting bolt was not loose.

Strange failure. Tensioner manufactured is CRP?

turns out it was the AC compressor causing the issue.
