e90 hamann lip fits on e92?!

Does anyone know if this is true? I apologize if this is stupid , its because i met some guy on craigslist and he told me he tried putting on his e90 lip to his e92 lip and it was a good fit.

i tried e92's hamann lip is don't fit e90.so i think e90's hamann lip is don't fit e92 or someone can do the modification to make it fit.but i think it don't worth.

I was thinking that if I add spacers or possibly L bracket it might fit?

Maybe I'll find a hamann e90 lip locally and try to retrofit it
