Why pay someone to code your car when you do do it yourself with the BIMMERCODE app.

app costs $30 and the OBD2 wifi adapter costs $20 on amazon.

There tons of info and people have had good reviews of this already.

yup... a local guy here charges $90 to code.... i ended up buying the vlink obd off amazon for $20.. spent another $22 on the Bimmercode app on my iphone.. and went to work...

dont get greedy and code a bunch of stuff at once, i hear stories where people screw something up and it ends up turning costly... code 1 or 2 things at a time... make sure your batter is sufficient as well., jumper pack on or car running..

I didn't think that you could do Sport+ and the Sport Automatic via the bimmercode app? Maybe I missed it; do you know if its possible?

im not sure on that one... i have a 6spd manual.. but bimmercode does have a pro mode where it gets fancy and technical.. lol

i just stuck to the basics and coded my mirrors, MPerformance dash display, speedometer on cluster, stuff like that

Yeah, you can do it in expert mode via the app. You'll have to reference the coding cheat sheet and it's a pretty in depth process, but it can be done.
