Jlevi SW | Painted E90 Amber Headlight Cover- New Product Development

Not many of you had the chance to check these out at Bimmerfest but we have been working with Bimmian on a complete solution for E90/E91 owners who wish to get rid of the amber look on the headlight.

These are prepainted plastic covers that will cover the entire amber part and include 3M double sided tape for easy installation. They will be offered in all colors and with guaranteed OEM paint match.

We are currently developing this product with Bimmian and should have them available in July! In the meantime, here is a first hand picture of a Jet Black version.

It's going to be outside. You would just tape it on.

Great idea. Curious how well the tape will hold the thin end parts to the light though.

Any idea on price yet?

So far no issues, it uses the same 3M double sided tape that we use for our lip and roof spoilers.

great idea, but does this mean you cant see the turn signal (potentially causing trouble with cops)?

Nope, this only covers the reflector part. The turn signal is located in that clear portion.

These will be available in all colors.

A clear version is a great idea although it may be tough to make it block out the amber.

i think this is a great idea. everytime i saw eyelids, i would wonder when someone would make something similar but would also cover the amber on the bottom portion of the head lights. plus with it already molded and using 3m tape, you wouldnt have to worry about air bubbles and messing up during installation like you would with the vinyl covers.
