Angel Eyes

I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good set of angel eyes bulbs to replace the stock ones. I have an e93, and I'm looking for something more blueish that looks really nice and that isn't too dull but then again not blinding bright.

thanks!!

Hmm...if you took 1/6th of a minute to check the subforums, you'd find there is one devoted to this topic.

if you're so concerned about time, why even bother spending the time to post a comment like that

Sorry.

If you want angel eyes for an E92 these are the most popular choices:

GP Thunder 7500K or 8500K - can be bought at ************.com

7500K is white with a hint of blue, 8500K is a bluer version of the 7500K. I have 7500K's on my E92.

MTEC Superwhites - Basically pure white, with no traces of blue. Can be bought at automotivelightingusa.com

Make sure you get the H8 bulb. One box comes with 2 bulbs, so that's all you should need.

okay thanks a lot. did you find the 8500k too bright? or did you just not prefer the bluer one?

The angel eyes on the E92/E93's will never be as bright as the E90's..this is because of the way they are designed. But they are not too bright at all, in fact I wish they were more bright (still not bad though). There aren't too many good choices out there, and many believe the GP's to be the best among the lackluster choices.

I didn't install the 8500's but I don't prefer my angel eyes to have too much blue color. Check the pics in the Cosmetic Mod subforum of the 8500's/7500's..

Another option are our Predator Xenix bulbs which are a hyperwhite upgrade for your angel eyes. These will be a better match to the OEM xenon output for a more uniform setup.
