What Do You Recommend To Install Oem Aero Lip On E92 ?
Hey I just got my aero lip today and I was just wondering if I should screw it to my stock bumper with the holes provided on the aero lip or just use 3m double sided tape ?

I think you do both. At least according to this thread. Seems like 3M is for the lease guys and betalink for the rest. Just placed an order, can't wait to get that lip

Yes, you do both. I used the beta-link adhesive and it worked out great. Definitely the more "permanent" option compared to 3m tape so that is something to consider.

Like the others said, you need to do BOTH.
As far as the tape vs betalink, I did the 3M route and I'm glad i did. I hit a curb with it a couple weeks ago and it was easy to remove the aero lip. Now I'm driving around with it back to stock and it looks just fine. The aero lip is off getting repaired so I can sell it. If I'd gone with the betalink then it would still be on the car reminding me of what a dumb a$$ move i did by hitting the curb. |

Sorry to see that bumper, OUCH! Good to know that the 3M tape can be removed though.

you dont need pics....very quick install.....use 3m tape (make sure all surfaces are clean) place a strip at each end and on the two uprights....clip it on....and fasten the 5 or 6 screws along the bottom....10 minutes tops....
