Any Austin/TX body shop experience? Diminished value thoughts?

I had a co-worker leave a nice gift by backing into my front fender. It will require paint and new metal ...

The dealer recommends Round Rock Collision (perhaps not surprising given they are part of the Penske group like the dealer). Has anyone dealt with them?

I've also had a recommendation on Berli's ...

Also, any thoughts on diminished value claims?

Thx!

Most recommend Berli's. I've used Berli's in the past and they're good but often booked way out.

H&R in Leander is very good, great service too

RR Collision repaired my old BSM 235. They had to replace the driver door. Paint was spot on but door alignment was not great. I used them due to the fact they're in the State Farm network and Penske. I'm sure I could have had the door adjusted, but I turned in that lease to buy the M2.

I had a valet crash my friends car into my '06 Tundra a few years ago. Pretty sure he was stoned outta his mind (only judging because he was parking my truck). He also dropped a key fob into a storm drain and was down in the drain feeling around for it. Anyway, insurance paid me $2500 for diminished value on a 8 yr old truck. You should expect at least double that, IMO.
