Need Help with Misfire Code: Checked the usual suspects

So I'm getting a missfire on cyl 4. I' swapped out the injector, coils, and plugs. It doesn't look like I'm getting spark on cyl 4. If the car is running and I unplug the coil to cyl 4 it's still missfiring If I plug in a new coil same issue what could this be? Is there a fuse ? The wiring seems to be ok? I could really use some advice.
