Question about price of Euro Non-Adaptive Xenon

Hey guys,

My situation is that I got E90(325i) in United State and shipped to my country, Korea.

I was asking the price of Xenon in one tuning store because mine is halogen headlight.
That guy said the price will be $3000 from halogen to OEM Non-Adaptive Euro Xenon.

Do you guys think $3000 is fair? including everything like labor and shipping.

And one more question.

I saw one ebay that the Euro Non-Adaptive Xenon with retrofit is $2,500, but not sure it is fair price or not.

Do I must neet retrofit kit?

Here is what I saw

Please let me know.
