those guys at Active Autowerks are teriffic , a pleasure to deal with, they have my recomendation to anyone...

is it supposed to jut out like that? so far from the bumper? I had an AA exhaust on my E36 and it did the same thing.. I guess it was made for those that had a rear apron or diffuser.

yes i believe it is supposed to "jut" out like that, I like it anyways... doesn't bother me.

I'll tell you what, they had some bad a$$ 3 series there that they own and race...

they have an older M3 that won the One flag america whatever race....
they have an 07 335i coupe with all of their options, there is a vid on Youtube of this red coupe, that is very nice... runs high 12's thanks to their processor/intercooler/exhaust... I think the processor is next on my list

and they just got an 08 M3 E90, AW that they were already modifying....which is just pure beauty imo

oh yea, the exhaust is quite loud sometimes, but it sounds good and at WOT it sounds amazing...

I'm going to try and get 2 videos up in the next day or two... one of idle and reving and I'll try to take one while driving so you can get an idea....

why is cali any different than anywhere else??

it is loud sometimes at low rpms.. not sure if that is what you mean by drone...
but so far I like it...

think it is a bit faster now too, ads a few hp, loses a few lbs. and I added a K&N filter..

if the exhaust is loud you'll get pulled over. 95db is the limit. i had my greddy sp installed on my prelude and kept getting pulled over. i put the stock exhaust back.
