M235i ZF transmission bump/kicks

Hi guys, i need help about my ZF8 speed transmision, here is the situation, sometimes when i start the engine my car have this little bump/kicks, it feels like someone hit the car from the back (not hard, but you can feel it), the gear position is in P, hand brake on, level ground (but it feels like i put it in D when the engine start). not always happen, but sometimes, no matter when the engine is cold or warm. is there anyone experience this too?

My car is M235i 2014, never change transmision fluid or differential. only have 9K kilometers.

Need some help here..

Thank you.

Maybe a broken transmission mount? With the car running put it in D, hold your foot on the brake and give it a stab of throttle then let off. If you hear the noise could be the driveline (engine/trans) moving. Check the exhaust too but either way the car needs to go on a lift.

I curious why you think it's transmission that is causing the jerk, if your in PARK I can't figure how the transmission would create a bump sensation - at that point the transmission isn't even being activated, not even sure any transmission pump could create such an effect.
A starter or flywheel with a cracked or nicked pinion or gear might be able cause bump but would guess there would be an audible confirmation.
I'm not sure if the engine mounts are electric or not, anyone know ?
