Anyone with quad tips?

I'm really thinking about having a muffler shop chop off my stock mufflers and straight piping the rear section, with a set of quad tips out the back. Will be getting a new rear diffuser as well.

What exhaust tips would work for this? I've been having difficulty finding a set of quad tips that would work with our exhaust setup.

You could use a M2 axel back exhaust. One of the members on this forum made a video if your interested. It required trimming the stock bumper but sounds pretty good. Im going to do the same install but from the cat back!

I have been looking for the same thing...

I am just about to upgrade to JB4, catless down pipes ... and this alone will increase the sound to a more enjoyable level. I don't think I want more than that, but I do want quad pipes and a carbon diffuser to house them on my M Sport bumper.

See this for the quad tail pipes - we would cut off our tail pipes and screw these over the cut ends:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Car-SUV-...EAAOSw0A9aHrSk

and for a diffuser:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/3D-Style-Ca...9VwwyR&vxp=mtr

or (I think I prefer this one...)

https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-2014-UP...tVVN5O&vxp=mtr

I'll ask them to provide measurements. If the stock pipe comes out in the middle of the quad opening, then the bolt on quad tail pipes might just work.

if they don't, then I may need a muffler shop to weld something up to fit it. Anyway, I am going to try this.

Always 1 of my 1st mods...

If you're looking for tips that work with ours, go on the e90post forums and look up CYBA, he sells tips that are designed to bolt/weld on to hours. I did a custom exhaust and just got the dual layered, stanlinless steel, angled tips that I wanted off of eBay.

This is exactly what I would want. Looks really nice !

Is this the stock exhaust that you cut the tips off, and then put the quads on?

Did the diffuser you bought just bolt around that? Can you tell me exactly what you purchased please? And where? I'll check out CYBA.

Thanks man.

I have a CG Precision R-1 Quad exhaust that I bought for a killer deal off a member on here. I used my stock diffuser and just cut out extra space. You can check it out on my insta @project_f30

No, it's a custom exhaust. Cut off the muffler from the secondary cats back. 3" piping to a borla race muffler then more 3" mandrel bent piping out to the stainless steel quad tips. Diffuser was bought off of eBay from a seller out of Taiwan. Poly material and like 9/10ths on the fitment, it does bolt right up to the stock M Sport rear bumper. Painted it gloss black.

I don't have links for anything as I clear out my purchases as soon as they're delivered and I leave feedback.
