Horrible Knocking + Horrible Idle

yesterday the +1L Oil light came on when I was pulling into my driveway. I went to Autozone early today to pick up some oil and I heard this odd knocking sound, not insanely loud, but the car still ran fine so I just figured it was still warming up. Went to pick up a new pair of shoes and got back in the car and it started up no problem, but it had a terrible knocking sound, the car shook like crazy, check engine light, and then it died out. Started it again and it did the same thing, but this time it stayed on. I live just across the street so I got some friends to come help me push it over to my house.

I used a code reader to pull codes from the car but I didn't get any at all. INPA, on the other hand, pulled a whole range of codes.

29CD Misfire Cyl 1
29CE Misfire Cyl 2
29D1 Misfire Cyl 5
29CC Misfire Several Cylinders
29DC -Cylinder Injection Cutoff

I'm guessing its coils? I just installed new NGK plugs last month so I don't think its those. I am confused as to why the engine is knocking so loud though, because last time a coil went out it just was rough with no out of the ordinary sounds. Does anyone have any ideas to what is going on?

I have a video of the knocking if that helps.

A bad coil can make the motor sound pretty terrible. Odd that you have three misfiring cylinder codes. You could try swapping coils 1/2/5 with coils 3/4/6 and see if that helps. Depending on your mileage, might be a good idea to just buy a set of 6. I did my coils and plugs simultaneously after a coil died at 66k.

My rough idle at car start about a year ago mechanic diagnosed it and found the problem to be a malfunctioning camshaft sensor. He replaced the camshaft sensor and valve cover gasket.
