Helix Intercooler & charge pipe & ETS charge pipe

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 320.00

Item Interest
SOLD Helix Intercooler and Helix charge pipe

Still for sale:
BMS catch can setup with hoses
ETS charge pipe setup with Tial flange and diverter pipe caps

Everything is used but is in great shape and was removed from my 2008 335i.

$160 shipped for BMS catch can
$180 shipped for the ETS charge piping
or $320 shipped for both parts

Product Description ETS charge pipe:
The factory diverter valves and charge pipe is made out of plastic and is prone to leak under normal boosting conditions. This leak results in less power and less performance. The ETS Charge Pipe is a full 3.0 inch pipe made from 304 stainless steel and designed to handle higher then stock boost levels with no leaking.

Unlike our competitors we designed our 135i and 335i charge pipe to incorpate the factory 45 degree elbow. When matched with our intercooler kit the complete cold is replaced with 304 stainless steeling piping, 4-ply silicone and Breeze T-bolt clamps. By doing this it allows our charge pipe to work with LCI equiped vehicles.

Features:

TiAL Blow Off Valve Flange
304 Stainless Steel
4-Ply Silicone Couplers
Available in Brushed, Flat Black or Gloss Black
Fixes Leaky OEM diverter valves

I'm interested in the intercooler without the ETS CP or catch can. But do you know what would be needed to make it work on N55? Having trouble finding that answer. Thanks.

I'm not receiving notifications but I saw your message.
Just confirming, you only want the items in the photo below?

That's right. Most importantly, I need the elbow pipe on the right for the cold side (N54 same as N55). I'm going to have to buy some different N55 parts from Helix for the turbo side and may end up just replacing all silicone items and clamps.

Is the intercooler clean and free of oil on the inside?

Yeah, it's super clean and has never been dirty. It didn't have any buildup in it when I removed it (unlike my other turbo car). Mineral spirits cleans then out quick but it didn't need it.
