You need to remove the whole rear deck and C pillar covers.

Is it worth paying Bmw to do it. I did the fronts myself. But don't really know how too dissemble the whole rear of my interior.

You should be able to take it to any experience shock/suspension shop to get it done cheaper than a dealer.

Sux cuz the mechanical shit is easy. It's the removing of the interior that is a pain in the ass. Takes longer too get to the struts than it does to swap out the springs.

No, just side bolster.

Tell me about it.
I have yet to find out how KW coilover set the dampening adjustment.
If it on the top, then it will be very hard to change the dampening once you put it together.

Agree to this.
Dealer may flag your car afterward too for having aftermarket spring.

Fold down the rear seat, pull out the side bolsters, pull out pillar C cover, then rear deck (held by plastic rivets, I believe it was 4 of them).
Then unhook the rear deck speakers since it is still attached to the rear deck.
There will be sound deadening foam, which only can be lifted after you remove the seatbelt roll.

Here, I found ACS installation instruction. Should be more helpful since it got some pictures too.

How long does the entire process usually take for both front and rear?

I finished up the rears in about 2.5 hours. Taking apart the rear was fairly simple and quite easy. No broken clips. Everything cane out very easy. More time consuming than anything.

That I am not sure since I didn't use the G30 spring on my first drop.
