Connected Drive connectivity issues

I couldn't get the remote 3d view or door locking to work. I called BMW Assist and they said they are aware of the issue and at this time there is no ETA. __________________ Current: 2018 X3 M40i (PB) Previous: 2019 M240i (EB); 2002 E46 330i in OB
