2018 Screen Mirroring?

When you go to 'Communication>Manage mobile devices>Connect new device' do you see screen mirroring? I only see:
Telephone
Bluetooth audio
Apple CarPlay
Apps
Internet hotspot
Trying to figure out if I'm missing something...
